All About Schnarr's
Schnarr's Hardware Company has been serving Ladue and the surrounding communities for over forty years. The Schnarr family started in business by repairing wagons and Model T cars, and sharpening reel lawnmowers when Clayton Road was little more than a country road. Later, Schnarr's Market was built and customers could order groceries in the morning and have them delivered in time to prepare dinner. In the 50s the grocery store was changed to a hardware store and was shortly thereafter expanded to its' present size.
In 1995 the store was purchased by long time employee, Frank Blair, and the same commitment to personal service continues today. We have extended that same business philosophy to the internet with our web site. We have built our business by listening and responding to our customer's needs.
